Anticipated Lecturer(s) (Variable-Time) in the School of Information Systems and Applied Technologies in the College of Applied Sciences and Arts, Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Qualifications: Master's degree in disciplines related to information systems, computer networking, network security, information assurance, database management, or related area and experience appropriate to teaching assignment. Post-secondary teaching and/or industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities: To teach undergraduate course(s) in Information Systems Technologies. Subjects include, but are not limited to: Web Programming, JAVA Programming (Intro and Advanced), Intro to Oracle (SQL & PL/SQL), Oracle Database Administration, Information Assurance and Technical Report Writing. Responsibilities also include maintaining appropriate office hours and assisting students with program-related problems, attending school meetings, and engaging in other assignments as determined by the Director of the School.

Effective Date of Appointment: August 16, 2013/Fall Semester
