Assistant Lecturer (MPH Program Coordinator)

We seek a dynamic and high-energy professional to join the faculty and staff of the Public Health Program housed in the College of Education and Human Services at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. The successful candidate will contribute to the University's mission of excellence in teaching, advising, and related activities.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have a master's degree, at least five years work experience in public health or related settings, and at least one year advising/mentoring students in a college or university setting.

Preferred Qualifications: Master of Public Health degree, teaching and supervisory experience, ideally at the graduate level, and experience assigning and evaluating students in field placement settings.


Appointment: This is a term, academic year, non-tenure track faculty appointment. Summer appointment is contingent upon needs and available funding.
