Associate Director (Study Abroad Programs)

Position Summary: The individual in this position is the chief university official responsible for planning, developing, coordinating and implementing study abroad programs for the university, including incoming and outgoing semester and year exchanges, faculty-led travel study programs, study abroad grants and scholarships, related advertisement services and international opportunities programming. This activity supports the broader university goal of enhancing the global competence of our students and faculty as recommended by university, state and national task forces on improving the quality of education. Study Abroad Programs is one of three divisions of the Center for International Education. The other two units are International Students and Scholars and International Development, each led by an Associate Director. All three divisions are led by the Executive Director of International Affairs.
