Coordinator of Ticket Operations
Intercollegiate Athletics

Position Summary: Southern Illinois University Carbondale is an NCAA Division I member of the Missouri Valley and Missouri Valley Football Conferences.

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operations of Athletic Ticket Office including advance sales and game day, manage season ticket sales process, assist in the administration of donor priority seating program, coordinate marketing and sales of all post-season events. This position is also responsible for managing event set-up, ticket sales and inventory and reporting in Paciolan System as well as coordinating internal group sales efforts.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, 3 years experience required in ticketing, athletic marketing, athletic administration or related field. Master's Degree may be substituted for 2 years experience.

This is a security-sensitive position. Before any employment offer is made, the University will conduct a pre-employment background investigation, which includes a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with computerized athletic ticketing system is preferred.
